We are committed to ensuring stability and continuity within the organization. After ten years of service and dedication, Alessio Lilli will step down as General Manager of TAL. He brings over 25 years of high-level experience in the oil, gas, and energy sectors. He has held major leadership roles at OMV, Linde PLC, GE Oil &amp; Gas, and Air Liquide Italia. Most recently, he served as Chief Advisor Trading and General Manager of OMV in the United Arab Emirates, where he was a member of the ADNOC Global Trading Executive Committee and coordinated local collaborations between OMV HQ and Masdar Green Hydrogen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlessandro\u2019s extensive experience in business development, trading, and operations management, combined with his strong financial acumen,\u201d the shareholders conclude, \u201cmakes him an excellent addition to our organization.
