{"id":38966,"date":"2026-05-05T23:25:38","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T21:25:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adriaports.com\/uncategorized\/another-accident-on-the-a4-heavy-goods-vehicle-loses-its-load-box\/"},"modified":"2026-05-09T15:27:04","modified_gmt":"2026-05-09T13:27:04","slug":"another-accident-on-the-a4-heavy-goods-vehicle-loses-its-load-box","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adriaports.com\/en\/logistics\/another-accident-on-the-a4-heavy-goods-vehicle-loses-its-load-box\/","title":{"rendered":"Another accident on the A4: heavy goods vehicle loses its load box"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TRIESTE &#8211;<\/strong> A tragedy was narrowly avoided and the <strong>motorway was closed this afternoon on the A4 between Villesse and Palmanova towards Venice<\/strong>, where an accident that could have had far more serious consequences once again involved a heavy goods vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Shortly before 4 p.m. &#8211; according to Autostrade Alto Adriatico &#8211; the vehicle, for reasons still to be clarified, at kilometre 500 near the municipality of Campolongo Tapogliano, <strong>lost its load box along the carriageway, containing two generators<\/strong>, which was attached to the semi-trailer. The attachment, as it overturned, also struck the <strong>barriers, causing serious damage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fortunately, no other vehicles were involved and <strong>no injuries were reported<\/strong>. The traffic police, firefighters and Autostrade Alto Adriatico personnel attended the scene.
