La sfida \u00e8 iniziata\u201d<\/strong>. Il webinar si \u00e8 proposto l\u2019obiettivo di riconoscere le problematiche e trovare le possibili soluzioni al gender gap del mondo dei trasporti, prendendo come spunto le best practice messe in atto da alcune importanti aziende del sistema che hanno tra i loro vertici tre manager donne. Ospiti del workshop \u201cEssere donna nel mondo dei trasporti di oggi\u201d: <strong>Giuseppina Gualtieri<\/strong>, Presidente e AD Tper, <strong>Gabriella Ruspa<\/strong>, Managing Director Marketing and Business Development DHL Express (Italy) e<strong> Antonella Varbaro<\/strong>, Fleet Hotel Human Resources Director Costa Crociere, intervistate e accompagnate al dialogo da Eva Campi, partner di Newton Spa.<br \/>\nIl presidente dell&#8217;Authority,<strong> Zeno D\u2019Agostino<\/strong>, ha aperto la conferenza proponendo una fotografia dello stato attuale della gender equity nei porti di Trieste e Monfalcone, illustrando valori numerici che evidenziano l&#8217;impegno dell\u2019Autorit\u00e0 di sistema portuale per raggiungere l\u2019equit\u00e0 di genere. I dati rivelano inoltre che le dipendenti donne hanno in media 40 anni, un\u2019anzianit\u00e0 di servizio di 3 anni, sono impiegate di primo livello e sono in possesso di una laurea, a differenza dei colleghi uomini, che mediamente hanno 47 anni e possiedono un diploma. Ai concorsi pubblici dell\u2019AdSPMAO tra il 2015 e il 2020 hanno partecipato il 60% di uomini e il 40% di donne. Valori che indicano la necessit\u00e0 di lavorare sul gender gap su due livelli: all\u2019interno dell\u2019Autorit\u00e0 in termini di <strong>cultural change<\/strong>, ma anche a monte del processo di assunzione, agendo su <strong>formazione, recruiting, campagne di sensibilizzazione e di informazione<\/strong> che spronino le donne a immaginare il proprio futuro nel mondo dei trasporti.<br \/>\nUna strada gi\u00e0 tracciata con successo dalle tre donne manager presenti al workshop, le quali hanno dimostrato, attraverso il racconto della loro esperienza personale, come si possa superare
