{"id":31701,"date":"2024-11-23T22:43:08","date_gmt":"2024-11-23T21:43:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adriaports.com\/?p=31701"},"modified":"2024-11-25T20:20:23","modified_gmt":"2024-11-25T19:20:23","slug":"terminal-container-italiani-in-calo-di-traffico-e-ricavi-nel-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adriaports.com\/it\/logistica\/terminal-container-italiani-in-calo-di-traffico-e-ricavi-nel-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Terminal container italiani in calo di traffico e ricavi nel 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TRIESTE &#8211;<\/strong> Nel 2023 i maggiori terminal container italiani hanno registrato un <strong>-2,8% di traffico e -38,8% di fatturato, rispetto al 2022<\/strong>.<br \/>\nE&#8217; quanto emerge <strong>dall&#8217;Analisi economico-finanziaria pubblicata dal Centro studi Fedespedi<\/strong>. I 19 terminal considerati dagli analisti hanno movimentato complessivamente <strong>9,838 milioni di Teu, l\u201988% del totale italiano (11,295 milioni di Teu)<\/strong>, su una superficie totale di 5,813 milioni di metri quadrati, avvalendosi di 119 gru di banchina.<br \/>\nTra i cinque terminalisti che hanno fatto registrare le migliori performance in termini percentuali, si inserisce <strong>Vecon a Porto Marghera: +10,6%<\/strong> (337.032 Teu movimentati contro i 304.772 dell&#8217;anno precedente) e terzo posto per crescita dietro Vado Gateway di Savona (+40,3%) e Terminal del golfo a La Spezia (+13,9%).<br \/>\n<strong>Trieste marine terminal, invece, fa registrare un lieve calo (-1,71%)<\/strong> scendendo dai 755.392 del 2022 ai 742.708 Teu dell&#8217;anno successivo. Ben pi\u00f9 significativa la flessione di Terminal intermodale Venezia, crollato del 32% in un anno (da 238.977 a 160.992 Teu).<\/p>\n<p>In un anno considerato difficile per i porti italiani, l&#8217;andamento negativo si \u00e8 riflesso, inevitabilmente, anche sui risultati finanziari delle societ\u00e0 terminaliste, che nel complesso hanno realizzato un fatturato di 981,2 milioni di euro, contro gli 1,034 milioni del 2022 (-5,1%), e con un risultato finale di 78 milioni di euro (-38,8%).<br \/>\nIn controtendenza sui dati nazionali per\u00f2, <strong>Trieste marine terminal mostra una variazione in positivo del fatturato (+3,7%) a 107,6 milioni di euro e un utile di 10,6 milioni.<\/strong> A Porto Marghera, <strong>Vecon sale a 38,4 milioni di ricavi (+4,4%) e un utile di 10,9 milioni.<\/strong><br \/>\nI dipendenti impiegati nei terminal italiani hanno registrato, nel 2023, un totale di 4.730, generando \u2013 secondo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fedespedi.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fedespedi<\/a> &#8211; un fatturato pro-capite di circa 207mila euro, con un costo del lavoro pari a 62mila euro.<\/p>\n<p>Nel report sono state analizzate le performance economico-finanziarie delle 19 societ\u00e0 di gestione dei principali terminal container italiani, oltre ad alcuni indicatori di efficienza quali ad esempio i Teu al metro quadro, o al metro lineare.<br \/>\nNell\u2019analizzare i dati va tenuto presente che alcune societ\u00e0 svolgono altre attivit\u00e0 (general cargo, Ro-Ro, ecc.), oltre alla movimentazione container.<br \/>\nI bilanci utilizzati per l\u2019analisi sono quelli depositati alle Camere di Commercio, mentre i dati relativi alle dotazioni infrastrutturali sono quelli presenti nei siti web delle Autorit\u00e0 di sistema portuale e delle varie societ\u00e0, nei loro bilanci, o desunti dalla stampa.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-31703\"
