TRIESTE – Autamarocchi is consolidating its strategy in European intermodal transport by integrating Dissegna Logistics from 1 May 2026. The operation marks a further step in the strengthening of an industrial model increasingly geared towards the integrated management of different modes of transport.
The integration of Dissegna aims to make the management of flows along European corridors and intermodal traffic smoother, strengthening the connection between road, rail and maritime transport, also in the temperature-controlled transport segment. The objective is a more continuous logistics chain, with fewer intermediate steps and more unified coordination of services. Temperature-controlled transport will also gain greater weight within the group, a segment that in recent years has taken on a growing role in European logistics dynamics.

The group led by president Oscar Zabai has further consolidated its position in recent years among the leading Italian and European logistics operators in container transport, its historic core business, and in general cargo, with 2025 revenues of around 267 million euros. It operates through an international-scale structure: more than 1,070 employees, a fleet of around 749 tractor units and more than 2,350 semi-trailers and swap bodies, 20 offices in Italy and a network of 13 companies and branches across Europe and Turkey.
